A: We've got 7 incredible Payroll Specialists at the Troy office!

Q: On average, how many small businesses do the Payroll Specialists service each month? 

A: Each Payroll Specialist in our office handles payroll for about 200 small businesses every month. 

Q: How does your team build and foster relationships with our valued customers?

A: We nurture these relationships by processing payroll error-free. We're able to do this by paying attention to the details, and by providing timely responses to questions over the phone or email. 

Q: As an organization, we run payroll for over 9,000 small businesses! Tell us about some of the small businesses the Troy team services. 

A: We service so many small businesses! There's a unique story behind each of them. A good chunk of ours are doctors and dentists running private practices. We also work with many mom-and-pop shops and restaurants.

Q: Is there a regional food your city is known for? 

A: Coney Dogs! If you're ever in Troy, they're a must-try! 

Q: When it comes to sports, which teams are you all rooting for?

A: Go Lions! We also love the Tigers and the Red Wings.

A: Our favorite is Mr. Kabob!

A: I would describe the Troy, MI office culture as:

A: We communicate and work together towards common goals. We discuss and debrief projects that are upcoming, ongoing, and what the expectations are per each task.

Q: How does your team celebrate the 'Little Wins' like birthdays, milestones, and other celebrations?

A: We usually do lunch together and enjoy some sort of sweet treat.
