Q: On average, how many small businesses do the Payroll Specialists service each month? 

A: Each Payroll Specialist handles payroll for about 180-200 small businesses per month. 

Q: How does your team build and foster relationships with our valued customers?

A: We pay attention to the small details like milestones and anniversaries to let them know we really care. And we stick to our general principles at ConnectPay like being reliable, timely, and friendly!

Q: As an organization, we run payroll for over 9,000 small businesses! Tell us about some of the small businesses the Syracuse team services. 

A: They're all a bit different, which keeps things interesting! In Syracuse, we service a large number of construction businesses, local restaurants and private practices.

Q: Is there a regional food your city is known for? 

A: Salt potatoes! 

Q: When it comes to sports, which teams are you all rooting for?

A: We're Buffalo Bills fans! When it comes to baseball, we root for the Yankees. Hockey? Syracuse Crunch!

A: We've got two favorites: Ruston's Diner and Thai Thai!

A: I would describe the Syracuse, NY office culture as:

Q: How does your team foster teamwork and collaboration?

A: We all have goals and objectives of our own, but we communicate as a team, share information, tools, and knowledge. There is always an opportunity to learn something new, and when one of us learns something, we share it with the rest of the team.

We lean on each other as we all have different strengths and weaknesses. We make it a point to get together for office lunches once in a while for some laughter and time to chat.

Q: How does your team celebrate the 'Little Wins' like birthdays, milestones, and other celebrations?

A: We usually order lunch. If it's your birthday or celebration, you choose the dessert!
