A: We take the time to learn about our clients outside of payroll. When we can, we show additional support through our lunch choices, and team bonding experiences. Last fall we went apple picking at Mann's Orchard so it was fun to see the business owners we service in action!

A: I would describe the Littleton, MA office culture as:

A: We spend most of the day together! We have our morning huddles, we eat lunch together, we take walks with each other during the day. On our slower days, we have round table discussions so everyone feels supported, and like their needs are being met!
Q: How does your team celebrate the 'Little Wins' like birthdays, milestones, and other celebrations?
A: Cake, cake, and more cake. Then, donuts!

On a daily basis we work together to answer questions, solve problems and help new team members get acquainted. Year-End is extremely busy here in Littleton since we're a major printing hub for the organization-but we get it all done as a team!
