Read More When I call on the phone, I am always able to reach Kathy and she is always able to help me. This is usually help for my own errors and oversights. For example, I called today in a panic as I thought I had processed our payroll yesterday but must have gotten distracted and missed the final submission step. She calmly helped me fix it and did an override so that our payroll could go through and our employees will be paid on time. We are frequently solicited to switch companies and I always say "No, we are very happy with ConnectPay and will not switch". 🙂

Over the years, I think we only had 2 instances where things didn't calculate properly, but Connectpay took ownership of the error and fixed it. No company is perfect but they are as close as you get and they really care. I highly recommend them for a payroll company
