I've been working with Deb @ ConnectPay Payroll Services since 2019. A bookkeeping client of mine or I submit timesheets and Deb will catch odd information on our timesheet then call to make sure what is written is correct before... Read More putting it in their system. If Deb is on vacation, there is always someone else who is highly trained to do our payroll. If that person isn't sure, they talk to the other staff to help them to make sure it is correct. This bookkeeping client has union employees, except for the owner and I'm a 1099, so our union payroll is not the easiest, but they have it done and correct within a half hour. They also offer payment cards for anyone who can't or doesn't have a bank acct. It is an easy process and get their pay cards the day they send in the ppwk. They are centrally located near 481/81 which makes it easy in case you need to pick up ppwk. I would highly recommend ConnectPay Payroll Services as I have to my other bookkeeping clients in which 2 of them switched to have them do their payroll.
