These are the 2024 Minimum Wage Updates You Need to Know
New year, new minimum wage updates! As a small business owner, you must understand these changes to meet compliance standards and retain your hard-working staff. If you have questions about paying your employees working in multiple states, or Nexus questions for your remote staff members, we’re here to help!
What does this mean for my business?
If there’s a wage increase indicated for any of the states your employees are working out of, call your Payroll Specialist to update information per each of your employees. On this phone call, you can decide to either pay employees at the mandated rate or at a higher wage. Or you can save time by logging in and making these changes yourself! Remember to report changes for any remote team members too.
Have you updated your labor law posters?
By law, all employers must display Wage & Hour Law posters in the workplace. These can be digitally distributed or made visible in a central location at your business. You can use our current poster solution to update your workplace postings as needed!
